Has anyone heard of a pastel artist by the name of P. LeMon?

Sounds French, The drawing is campsite along river with a fire, and a pot hanging above fire. Has rowboat, and full moon. Frame looks to be around 1920.

There is an artist named Arthur Lemon around 1850-1912

my step father was an oil painter among other things, I bet i couldn’t find one of his hundreds of paintings if I tried though. many painters like him never sold paintings in auction or in a public forum.
